✅ Eligibility for Replacement:

  • You must raise the replacement request within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Send us clear photos or a short video showing the damage, along with your order ID, to our support team via email or WhatsApp.

🔄 Replacement Process:

  1. Once we verify the damage, we will approve the request and initiate a replacement for the same product.

  2. The replacement will be shipped free of cost to your address.

  3. You do not need to return the damaged item, unless requested by our team.
